Shipping Responsibility

However, for deliveries using third-party shipping services, we are not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier. In such cases, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to resolve any issues.

Restocking Fees and Shipping Costs

If a return is approved under exceptional circumstances, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Additionally, if the item was shipped with free shipping, the actual shipping costs incurred by Lu and Home will be deducted from any potential refund.
