Our friendly team is right there to chat, answer any questions, and guide you in your purchases. We want to offer a personalized shopping experience that photos just can't capture.
Where is the Lu and Home showroom located, and what are the store hours?
Our showroom is located in the heart of Waco. We invite you to experience our carefully curated collection in person! Our doors are open Tuesday-Saturday from 11am to 5:30pm. We believe seeing our pieces firsthand truly enhances the shopping experience but you can always purchase online as well!

Do you buy furniture? Do you offer consignment?
Yes, we do buy furniture, focusing on specific brands that align with our emphasis on quality and great condition. We make the process hassle-free by offering free pickup. You have two options: either we buy the furniture outright, offering cash, or we handle it on consignment. With consignment, we handle the pickup, cleaning, marketing to our customer base, and the eventual sale, including white-glove delivery or shipping. Once sold on consignment, we offer a 40% return to you.
Is your furniture brand new or used?
Our furniture is lightly-used and handpicked, ensuring quality. You get exceptional value at about half the retail price.
What are your delivery options and areas?
We offer free delivery for purchases over $750 to Waco, DFW, Austin, and surrounding areas. For customers beyond these areas but within 250 miles of Waco, the delivery price is $299 (with a $750 minimum purchase).
Do you ship outside the local delivery area?
Absolutely. We frequently ship all over the United States. Reach out to us with what pieces you are interested in and your location and we can let you know the best shipping pricing available!
Do you refinish or refurbish your furniture?
Each piece undergoes professional cleaning. For our fabric pieces we perform professional upholstery cleaning. Leathers are cleaned and conditioned to ensure they're ready for your home. Minor repairs or touch-ups might also be done. We prioritize quality and condition for every item in our store.
Do you have financing options?
Yes, we offer financing via Affirm or ShopPay. Reach out to us and our team can guide you through the best options available.
