Our Consignment Process
At Lu and Home, we make consigning your furniture easy and hassle-free! Here’s how it works: First, we’ll pick up your pieces and professionally clean them. If necessary, we’ll conduct any repairs or touch-ups to ensure they’re in great shape. Next, we’ll photograph and stage your items, then market and list them across our various platforms. We start listings at least 50% off the original retail price. Once your pieces are sold, we handle delivery or shipping to the buyer. Our commission is a 40/60 split, with 40% going to you and 60% to Lu and Home.
