Restocking Fee and Shipping Costs

If a return is approved under exceptional circumstances, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to cover handling and processing costs. Additionally, for items that were shipped with free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by Lu and Home will be deducted from any refund.
