Ebony is a tropical wood of generally black color, heavy and dense in texture. It was used in ancient Egyptian, Mesopotamian and traditional Chinese furniture. From the 17th century on, European cabinetmakers used it in decorative inlay work. The 21st Century Collection is enhanced by the beauty fo ebony inlay. Cherry wood.
