Dating to the late 20th century, this full-size bed by Davis Cabinet Company features the maker’s rich Collectors Cherry finish and a striking traditional spindle design. Tall, dramatically turned poster columns frame both the headboard and footboard, with rows of coordinating turned spindles adding architectural detail throughout. The headboard is finished with a shaped pediment and carved molding along the upper edge, while turned feet complete the classic silhouette. The original Davis Cabinet Company label remains affixed to the back and identifies the piece as stock no. 327, Bed 4/6, in the Collectors Cherry finish. Its substantial scale and extensive turned detailing give the bed an especially impressive presence.

Condition: Good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and previous use. The wood finish shows scattered scratches, small marks, scuffs, and areas of light finish wear, particularly along the posts and lower feet. Some darker marks and surface wear are present on the back of the headboard as pictured. The original Davis Cabinet Company label remains intact with age-related wear. Metal support frame and wood slats are included.
