Dating to circa 2020, these Axel Armchairs by West Elm feature a clean, modern silhouette upholstered in black leather. The tailored box-style frames are finished with distinctive flanged edges and elevated on slender burnished bronze-finished metal legs, giving the chairs a streamlined industrial look. Each chair features an attached seat cushion and loose back cushion for a relaxed contrast to the structured frame. Condition: Good condition with wear consistent with previous use. The leather shows visible creasing, surface scratches, scuffs, and areas of rubbing throughout, with more noticeable wear along the back cushions, arms, piping, and corners. One back cushion has a small area of finish loss/discoloration near the edge, and additional minor marks are present on the seating surfaces. The metal legs show light surface wear. Overall, both chairs present well with naturally developed character to the leather.
