Condition: Used- signs of use. The fabric is beautiful and in excellent condition. The frame is sturdy and well made. The signs of use are on the top backside wood frame where it sat against white paint/sheetrock. You could easily sand the back to remove the white and touch up with brown. See photos.

One of a kind high back velvet loveseats made in the Azusa, CA. These were custom made for a local country club here in Texas. Beautiful velvet material and wood frame. High back and one of a kind! These are in great condition other than the back top edge where it looks to have been again a white wall. Could easily be repaired if needed.
