A wonderfully unique vintage full-size bed frame with a bold coastal character, featuring a substantial wood construction finished in distressed sage green. The slatted headboard and footboard have a rustic, handcrafted appearance, while the headboard is crowned with an oversized carved and hand-painted marlin that makes the bed a true statement piece. The intentionally weathered finish exposes areas of the natural wood beneath and gives the frame a relaxed, timeworn look. Based on the construction, decorative treatment, and overall style, I would place this piece around the late 20th century, likely circa 1980s–1990s.

Condition: Good vintage condition with visible wear consistent with age and the intentionally distressed character of the piece. The painted finish shows substantial rubbing, scratches, marks, and exposed wood throughout. The carved marlin has additional surface wear and a small chipped/damaged area on the tail fin, as pictured.
