This vintage set of eight Chippendale-style dining chairs dates to the mid-20th century and includes six side chairs and two coordinating armchairs. Crafted in richly finished wood, the set is defined by elegantly pierced splat backs with classic ribbon and scroll motifs, gently shaped crest rails, and refined, straight legs connected by understated stretchers. The armchairs feature gracefully curved arms that echo the flowing lines of the backs, adding presence and balance to the set. Upholstered seats in a deep red patterned fabric with decorative trim provide a traditional contrast to the warm wood tones. Cohesive, formal, and timeless, this set offers a complete and visually striking seating arrangement.

Condition: Aside from light, age-appropriate wear to the wood, this set presents very well. The upholstered seats are in excellent condition with clean, vibrant fabric. The decorative braided trim along the seat edges has been reattached where needed; while it is secure, some areas may benefit from more permanent professional reinforcement over time. This is a minor cosmetic detail and does not detract from the overall appearance or usability of the chairs.
